I bring you a very personal service as you will get detailed service and product knowledge from me or our partner Tour Operators, impartial advice and you are guaranteed not to pay any more than going direct and you may even spend less, than going direct. With so many worldwide trips to choose from, selecting between different travel providers can be daunting. As an impartial agent I am able to negotiate and secure the best rates from multiple operators so I can provide you with the very best trip and because I partner so many different operators, you can be sure that I can discuss your personal needs and styles to each operator I deal with, year in, year out. I am your personal travel advisor. As a seasoned travel professional I am often able to secure travel arrangements at better rates than are available to the general public. When I do not know the answer to a question I will endeavour to find out and get back to you as soon as possible through my travel industry contacts both in the UK and overseas.
Quality service when you are travelling
I take a good deal of care when choosing our travel partners overseas, taking into account their quality of service. You will be looked after overseas by our partner operator ground staff (if applicable), but I am also always available at the end of a phone/email should you run into any difficulties.
Detailed travel documents
Approximately two to three weeks before you travel I will send you all your travel documents. A few days before you travel I will email you to have a final talk through your itinerary and answer any last minute questions you may have.
Legal liability
We are a UK company and hence must fully comply with English/Scottish law. When booking with us you can rest assured that your arrangements are carefully planned as we have a reputation to maintain and are legally liable for any omissions or negligent acts. You may not find you have this level of reassurance if you make your own travel arrangements independently.
